Escape Brief.

From Nairobi, this 9hr (stops included) scenic and Magical Road trip will take us through Maimahiu, Narok, Suswa, Bomet, Sotik, Keroka,Kisii, Homabay and finally Mbita, where will camp at Victoria Sands Lodge for the Night before embarking on our excursions the following day

ITINERARY.

DAY 1 (Nairobi- Mbita)

Early Departure from Nairobi with a brief stop in Narok town for washroom and lunch

We will the proceed to Mbita via Kisii, with arrival time at Victoria Sands lodge Mbita, our camping site, on the shores of Lake Victoria. Expected to be between 4pm and 6pm, we will then pitch our tents have dinner and enjoy bonfire with games and music with.

One can retire at his own pleasure

Day 2,

This is busiest day, we start off with Early morning Breakfast.

0830hrs: Depart for Rusinga bridge to catchup with our Water Bus to Takawiri island.

0930hrs: Depart for Takawiri Island

1330hrs: Depart Takawiri Island for Mbita Bridge. We will then proceed to Tom Mboya’s Mausoleum on Rusinga Island,

1600hrs: Depart for our Camping site At Victoria Sands Lodge, arrive at Victoria Sands Resort Takawiri have dinner and spend the night with Bonfire and great Music

Day 3, (Mbita – Nairobi)

After breakfast, we will un pitch our tents and depart for Nairobi, expected time of arrival in Nairobi is from 8pm
